i have a website that sell widgets (few hundreds of them), addressed to the US visitors - lets call it widget.com.
i also have the another website widget.co.uk, with few dozens of items, addressed only to the UK audience.
sites are similar in functinality and looks, but all of the inventory is completely different.
for some reason, however, link:domain shows both links for both sites- which leads me to think that G views the sites as "affiliated sites", hence it doesn't send traffic to the .co.uk, only to the .com site.
does anyone have experience with that?
