About 2 months ago, I obtained a backlink from a PR7 site that has no other outbound links. My site, a PR3 had about 15 backward links already. Mostly from low PR sites. When the PR recently updated, I checked my backlinks in Google and the site wasn't there yet so I wrote if off, but then today I checked the backward links in Yahoo and in fact, the PR7 site is listed. If my site is still a PR3, what are the possibilities? My guess is either:
a) Google knows about the link but it's sandboxed
b) Google does not know about the link and I'm still getting the PR3
