Google Link Pop Lower than other Engines

Why is it that Google, with supposedly the largest index, has the lowest number of referral links (for sites) relative to other engines? When I try Marketleap's Linkpop tool, for instance, all the other engines inevitably have a higher linkpop score than google for the majority of domain names I try. Any thoughts?

Thanks!

Webdude, Google just doesnt't show all links, even though Google is aware of your links. Other engines show all the links they know about, Google seems to show only the "quality" links.

Hi Frank

>only the "quality" links

I suspect it is more random, because I'm sure high pr sites are often missing.

Google updated their idiotbacklinks today.

Why they bother reminding everyone of their ineptitude in this area is another question.
