Strange Listings

while seraching "mydomain.com" on Google I found 2 strange Listings like

www.mydomain.com.com/

ww.mydomain.com/
Similar pages

Can anybody explain?

Looks to me like someone is linking to the domain with the above...

oops I got a feeling I miss-read that.

I have seen Google mess up with whitespece in the URL a before though, very arbitary.

ie www.domain.com/online/ and www.domain.com/ online/

The link always points to the former.

Nobody is Linking the Domain like that and even if they do..these weird listing do not qualify to be listed IMO

I noticed some bizarre results coming out of Google some time ago. Try typing in:

site:google

Although you didn't specify a domain extension it still displays a bunch of results without domain extension.

I've seen that before too. I wonder if somebody with a toolbar made a typo. Or as another poster suggested somebody made a faulty link.
