I've some questions about linking from subdomains and directories..
1. When I have some hundred or thousand directories and there is linked from some pages at my site to them they will get an PR I think so. When all the directories (for example like: domain.nl/test/directory/new) have an PR (maybe 2 or 3) and I link from all of them to the index page or to another domain, how will google count this (as 1000 backlinks with PR3 for example)?
And, how does google see this when you have 100 subdomains with PR4 for example and you link from them to another domain? Does he see it as 100 PR4 backlinks?
Thanks.

If there are that many directories, you'd best make several site maps by category to break the number down to manageable size, and for the rest of the site, link judiciously to properly spread the PR to where it's most needed.
Also think about how the site will be to navigate for human visitors - that's who sites are supposed to be for in the first place.

If i link from all these subdomains to domain2.com, will google count this as 50 backlinks with PR3 or P4?
And, how does this works when it are directories? So domain.com/shop, domain.com/hello and domain.com/shopping and they also have an PR3 or PR4 for example, and I link from all of them to domain2.com? That's my question...
