Dup filter and mod rewrite pages

Same page - possibly 2 URLs

I'm using a lot of mod-rewrite stuff on a Postnuke site I run.

The problem is I'm ending up with mostly nice short friendly URLs but there are a few which are still the nuke style long query strings.
What I'm concerned about is that accasionally they point to the same page.
So for example I might have:
www.widgets.com/Forum.htm as the short URL but elswhere it is referred to by www.widgets.com/index.php?name=PNphpBB2&file=viewforum&f=1

Is this going to cause me a problem?
