Google results now using meta-tag keywords

I just discovered this morning.

I'm typing in the google query, site:mydomain.com

And the results is differ from usual.

Does this means that the algorithm has been changed again?

Google may use those tag but not much of value. Google uses hundred of factor but the most effective factor is still link and anchor text. Have you know about Google bomb again? Why it has been happended again? Does google cannot block those technique?
