How to reach local googles?

Need to be in several countries that talks same language

I need to be found in different local googles of latinamerica. Many countries in LA share the same language and my site is in that langugaje and already ranks (not too bad, not too good) in google.

Is a .com site but I'd like to reach some LA countries too..

Any strategies you can share? (not using adwords of course)

As far as I know you don't have to do anything to be included in "local" Googles, provided the user has not decided to filter down to local sites only.

And as far as I know, if someone does filter down (ie. selects "pages from xyz only") then G will use whatever means it has to decide if you are from xyz or not (the site's IP I think takes precedence over the second level domain - but it's academic what the G rule is).
