HI,

I have a site that is listed on google if i use the site:www.example.com query (UK domain) but never comes up if i search for it using my keywords. I have other similar websites with similar keywords which do show up in search results even when some of them are newer and have a lower pagerank.

Even if i type in an exact copy of some text from the first line of my page (which always brings back other pages of mine)i get no results.

Can anyone shed any light on this?

cheers

JIM

I think you're saying that you have other pages from other sites that do appear for those search queries?

If so, it is often that sites google recognizes as related (same IP, same links, etc, etc) will not share SERPs. The more valuable one in G's eyes *usually* will rank while others will not.

the thing is my site dropped off the SERPs about 10 months ago and i have added new sites since with lower page ranks and they all show up. the site that has dissapeared does not have duplicate content and is older with more links so i would assume it is more valuable
