Go to this link:

h**p://www.google.co.uk/adsense

and your browser should alert you to the fact that the certificate is no longer valid.

Any other sections of Google fallen behind on their verification payments?

The certificate is not out of date as such, but it is for www.google.com not www.google.co.uk

So when you go to [google.co.uk...] you may get some type of alert from your browser. It is still secure and it doesn't look like Google missed any payments (they can afford such things easily now!).

I think that SSL starts before the HOST header is sent. To avoid the certificate mis-match Google would need to use a different IP for a UK certificate, or redirect Adsense clicks on www.google.co.uk to www.google.com

As far as I can see the relevant Google UK page [google.co.uk] links to the .com pages anyway, but for people who guess the wong address perhaps it would make sense to change the redirect from [google.co.uk...] to go to [google.com...] instead of [google.co.uk...]
