Cached page but no information?

Backlink show page but no cached information.

Hey
I am facing the following issues with my sites.
1) The page even though inter linked linked by lot of pages of my website but in the back link only few links are showing. On few pages only one back link from my own site is showing up even though more than 30 internal-pages links to it. I was wondering what I am doing thats preventing google to see those links also.

2) When I check backlinks it shows that some pages linking to the page that dont have cache information. Any reason whys that happening.

3) I have this new site for last 2 months. All the pages are in google index but there is no page rank to it. Just wondering whys that. Even though it shows there is few incoming links.
