I am about to purchase a PR9 link from one of the top five news sites on the web. It is quite pricey so I would like some advice a few things. There are currently no "direct" out bound links on this site but the homepage has about a 100 links to internal pages and adsevers dispalying banner ads. My question is, If we are one the few (3-4) outbound links from their homepage, is the PR passing to us diluted through all their internal links? OR - b/c we are one of a few external links will the majority of the PR9 be passed to us?
Also, Is having 2-3 separate keyword links better than having one long (say 50 char) link with all our keywords in it?
