Similar Pages Returns Unrelated Site

I have an interesting thing happening to me that maybe somebody could help me out with or at least explain it.

When I search on mydomain.com, I get one result that is my home page.

When I click on "Similar Pages" I get my site listed first and then I get another site of mine listed second and then the usual stuff after that. Now the site that is second in the listing is not related to the first site at all. I mean not even close. The only thing that links the 2 sites are the fact that they are on the same class C.

What give with this? No links between the sites. the first sells widgets, the other is a hobby site (not related to widgets but an activity)

It seems almost like G is relating them on the fact that they are the same class C and nothing else!

So what gives with this?

A good example would be site 1 sells cars and site 2 is about local little league.
