Google search in your language

I have built an application which has it's own website. Now I'll soon provide the application in different languages.

I'm planning on putting a text like "VisualCron now available in [language]" written in each language that I provide or I'll create a welcome page in each language.

My question is if people searching for pages in a special language will find my page then? Or do I have to write the whole page in that language? Or do you have any other ideas promoting a page with different languages?
