So, this url will never get in google...

... only because there is no link to it?

I created a small site on a very specific subject. The sbject is quite unique in fact, I doubt there is a page on the same topic elswhere.

Most of the text is on the frontpage, which is decently a 12ko page with a couple of images.

The subject of the site is very personal and will certainly interest a little community of people.

I submitted this page to google, and I know google bot visited the page. Yet, the content of this page was not indexed.
There are no pages linking to my little site and I doulbt there ever going to be any since the topic is quite unique and there are no similar site to link to it.

So, should I deduce that because there is no other pages linking to my site, and thus google won't be able to create a pr, the page will never be indexed in google? How many pages is google missing then?

It has been over a month that this page was submitte to google and it still don't appear in the result.

I have just looked at some other threads where people have sites that do not even have content yet and still they get indexed by Google. Your site may still be indexed.
If the page has not been indexed perhaps there are other reasons?
Is is a basic html page? is the navigation done via javascript? Is there anything you feel could cuase a spider problems?
Having said all that it may just be a matter of time.

With regards to getting links...
There may not be any identical sites out there but are there none that are connected in some way? (If you are selling life size Gnomes in London then perhaps some links related to London rather than Life size Gnomes)
Bare in mind links dont even have to be related to help with getting you indexed (as far as I know).

You can get in the index without any inbound links, but you're not likely to stay there very long.

Submit to dmoz and try getting a few inbound links from as-related-as-you-can-get sites.
