consider a hypothetical site of 4 pages 1 homepage and 3 sub-pages there are no links and therefore pr=0.
now still with no external inbound links 3 inbound internal links are established to the homepage ie 1 from each of the sub-pages.
my question is does the google spyder always 'set/initialize' the pr of each sub-page =1 in order to calculate the pr of the page with the 3 inbound links or can this value vary?
also assuming the previous as being correct would the page now register on the tbpr once the pr has been calculated/indexed.
the reason i ask this question is that i have seen some good sites with apparent pr yet they do not register on the google toolbar.
