I just want to know the google fresh update is it a real update? as my site's pages update everyday in google,

Forexample: if i do a good optimization for my pages today, will my rank will be good tommorow?

Please i want to know that the daily update of google is good?

Google will stop by each day to check my site, but it is not deep crawling.

Your optimization question answer: no. If you change something today, most likely it wont have a major effect on your site until the next large scale "dance".

If Google is visiting your site everyday, that is GOOD!

Seo Lover there is a definite benefit to changing content on a daily basis. It will cause the Google spider to crawl your sites more often. It does not impact rankings on big keywords, but for the weird nonoptimized keywords you will rank. The question you need to ask yourself is it worth the time and effort to change everyday just so Google will spider you more often?
