Will Flash Redirection Affect Google Crawling the Site?

This website has a 10 seconds flash movie, which redirects the browser to the main page when it is finished. My client does not really want to get rid of the movie, and it is clear that spiders really do not like the page.

I am thinking of adding some of the inner pages links on the movie page (the very front page). What I am worrying is will the bots ignore the links because the page is nothing but a big flash file that redirects to another page?
