Link anchor text out of control?

Bought and reciprocal links "campaigns" can be put to the "link schemes designed to increase..." test, but what can they do about anchor text schemes?

I've actually been putting some preventive measures into place for any possible anchor text filters they may put into place. There are ways they could try and filter it if you think about it. With GG in the forum though, I don't think I'll be stating any of my possible ideas for filters ;-).

Seems to me that many of those using the anchor text scheme would or could be caught in the same net as those using mass gotten reciprocal links. It's all about the pages the links are coming from.
Bought links are another story.

Coming up with an anchor text filter is easy. I doubt that that any hacker that they hire would have any trouble coming up with one in a matter of minutes.

But I don't expect them to impliment it until *they* decide that it is a problem that they need to address.

In fact, I expect that they already have the code in place, but they just haven't cranked it up to eleven yet.

That's the obvious one of course ;-)

Though as a licence holder to the technology, they may well be constrained in what they can actually do, after all, 5 years experience of manipulation, and it seems they're still just tinkering around the edges.....
