A change?

Hi! (First post, I've watched this site for months...You guys totally rock!)

I have 2 identical domain names (somewebsite.com and somewebsite.net) pointing to the same web site.

For the past 4 years Google has only shown the .com URL. (no problem with this, I understand the issues involving identical sites and SERPs) However, in the last 24 hours, Google is now showing both domains in the SERPs with identical listings (they show up right under each other in the listings).

Has something changed? Google now allows multiple sites with identical content? (great for the spammers I would imagine)

Note: My current ranking has not changed (yet!...knock on wood...) and the newly listed .net domain currently has no PR.

Any ideas? (perhaps just a fluke?)

Thanks in advance!
