Hi Everyone,

A site that I do work for has encountered a problem. The site is showing up well in Googles SERPS, however the URL that is displayed is a click through from another site to my site. You end up on the correct page but the URL is incorrect.

Does anyone know why this is happening and what can be done to correct it?

I've noticed this seems to happen if the page with the click-through link on it is of high PageRank...

Yeah, the site in question has a good page rank. Anyone have any idea of how to correct this?

I've seen some peculiarities. Is there any redirection involved with the link?

There must be. Even i'm using one such redirection to my benifit by building a barrage of backward links to it.
There is no use chasing an answer for it David. Google will fix it before the next update.
