Building a new website and the scripts that can be used

Hi ,

I am building a new website which will contain Html and other coding scripts.

My aim is to develop a site in its optimized form so that its listing in google page is very high.

So I would like to know which all coding scripts say Javascript, ASP script ..... etc can affect the ranking and positioning of my site.
