I run a site for 4 months with several backlinks pointing to it, but google still shows a bad PR0 (PageRank Zero)...
Do you have any ideas why, and how to quickly increase to a least PR3-4?

Thanks

Oliver

No urls allowed in this forum. You should take yours out and send a personal "sticky" mail to someone if they ask.

I will add that I have reviewed your situation and it seems that you have not done your homework well on promotion and fallen in with a bad crowd. You seem to have fallen for scummy internet promotion schemes by getting yourself listed in directories that have absolutely no relation to anything whatsoever. Your engine parts company are now listed next to paid links for Cialis and printer ink supplies. Not good company.

Build real links from peers in your industry. If you buy links, do it on Yahoo and respectable directories which are organized by subject matter. Learn about DMOZ and get listed on it if you can. And, get yourself delisted from these other places if you can. You don't want to be associated with them.
