I know that some redirects are bad for Google. How do I write a redirect that Google is ok with that once a visitor has been to my main page and selected a division of our company that any time they return to the site they go straight to the divisional page (kinda like a courty page a see on many international sites) with a cookie for tracking and a 301 redirect. I dont want Goolge to think I am a doorway page or anything black hat.
