Not sure if there is an actual answer to this but I am getting frustrated as I have some excellent sub-topic pages that are not being indexed!

I have been thinking of re-submitting but I read somewhere that there is no point as my site will be crawled again at some point.

So does anyone have any tips for me?

If you've been in the index for 3 months, your homepage should have attracted PR. If your PR is very low, google will not be inticed to index your entire site.

Firstly, make sure your website is crawler friendly -- heirarchical plain link navigation, avoid JS, make sure you have a sitemap linked on every page...

Then try getting some higher PR sites to link to you (just 1 pr5 link to your homepage may get your site indexed), or better still, work on external links pointing to pages within your website containing the excellent sub-topic content.

Then,

...wait.

Yea, I have a PR of zero! I am slowly building up links back to the site but I am not having too much joy.

All my pages have a sitemap link albeit at the bottom of the page. My site is valid HTML 4.01 transitional, all the pages are small in size and there is no scripting at all apart from Adsense.

I am patient and determind so I'll have to keep plugging away until I get there!

Try to get some links from at least a couple of PR4 or PR5 sites. This will at least raise your PR to a reasonable level.

If you have an incoming link then it might just be google. I saw that once.

You can try writing to webmaster@google.com explaining the problem. That fixed the problem last time.

PR is not always the reason some times it just take some time for a site to be complete indexed, right now I have 2 PR 4 sites which have been craweld many times, but still only the homepage is indexed.

i have a group of 5 sites all with pr of 5, one which is number 3 for a very large search term, however i can not get many of my other pages ranked even thoe they all have pr of at least 4, this has been the case for over 12 months. i have tried everything they have good pr, a good number of backword links but still no results. I am a affilate site and all my pages are redirected to a certain track ref which is the same ref for all 5 sites however i have worked hard to make sure none of the pages are similar.

If i can work this one out guys i hope to earn enough to take my special needs daughter to disney, unfortunately i can get any were. Can you help me guys.

Thanks
