Different number of links in URLS with or without slash

Sometimes I see a different number of back links in Google if in the URL is not the slash.

Check It
link:www.dmoz.org/Regional
link:www.dmoz.org/Regional/

Also with capital letters
link:www.dmoz.org/regional

Somebody know something about that?
