It has a page rank but not the real site?

Hi all,

I have a new website, I was just wondering why The Google Cashed Snapshot of my Home page has a page rank of 3, but the page doesnt have a page rank yet because its not been live long enough to pass a Google update?

this isnt important im just interested!

Cached Page is not on your server it's on googles server, so it is their page and thier PR..... it's also a Toolbar estimate.
