Our webmaster several months ago started having our site going from a ".com" to a ".com/en-us" display and that is what Google is now indexing (the /en-us home page and others). In several other search engines we are still #1 (as we have been for a long time) but the .com pages are being indexed, not the en-us.
Is the en-us tag causing us trouble? I'm preparing to tell the webmaster to drop the en-us but he is very adamant that it has no affect. (I should also mention that except for one major site ahead of us we have more backlinks and our theme and keywords are better than those above us so the drop is strange. Our main 2 keyword are our domain name)
I'm aware of the google dance, but this has now been over 6 weeks.
Thank you for any ideas or other possible suggestions.
