Hi guys!

I only have a few incoming links to my site.
One of these comes from a page with a pretty good PR for it's homepage.
The page on this site that links to me has a PR=0

Which one does google take into account?

Thanks!

It is the page where your link is placed, however, some people also believe that homepage is important too as it may give the "signal of quality", especially when the homepage has high PR. In some occasions, you may encounter some people who believe in high PR homepage and will exchange link with you only if your homepage is at PR5 or more.

The page can be new and has not gained any PR at this time. If you are curious, you may check whether the page is crawled by Google by looking at the cache and make a guesstimate of the PR by counting the number of clicks from homepage and look at PR of similar older pages at the same level.
