What does it really mean for your site

I have many questions regarding allinanchor: allinurl: allintext:

What is the real relevance of all of these Google commands? If a site is ranking very well with these but ranking poorly with the same term by itself, is there a penalty? Will it end up closer to that position in a few months if it is a new site? Or is it completely rubbish?

I the past, with some more established sites, I had never paid much attention to these commands. But in todays SEO world, things are different. It seems sites take longer to get ranked higher, especially with the sandbox, etc...

For my experience as of late, sandbox lasts for about 3 months, and then once you are out, the site will not rank very well for a while but will rank nicely with the allin* commands. For example:

allinanchor:keyword1 keyword2 = #1
allintext:keyword1 keyword2 = #1
allinurl:keyword1 keyword2 = #1
keyword1 keyword2 = #15

Anyone have any thoughts, similar experiences?
