alot of my work comes from fixing / optimising existing site. Thus the first part of my job is to make sure the search engine can get through the site.

I am interested if people think the use of noscript and noframes is as relevent / effective now as it was a year ago?

And before people say 'replace the javascript MM menu' or 'redesign without the frameset', please consider that most clients dont pay for a redesign, and thus we do what we can for the amount they pay us.

From my limited point of view I can say that it still works, based on the observation of several Top 10 sites for over a year now.

Does PR transfer through <noscript> and <noframes> pages to the same extent of normal links?
