what is Google dance? Is it make any changes in ranking? Any info would be appreciated.

Google dance is what used to happen when Google would update their SERPs with new pages (usually on a monthly basis). However, because now Google "updates" on a continuous basis, it's not really a factor anymore. While the SERPs can fluctuate, there's no longer the mind splitting, pages dropping out of the sky Google dance anymore.
