Getting Google to Index Doorway Pages

I've got a friend(*) who has an informational consumer site in a niche market that does well. He's going to allow his customers (vendors) to be linked from his consumer site to their website. These outgoing links will be behind a script, so consumers will have access to them, but Google won't. The intent is that consumers visiting this site will then go through to businesses which actually sell the product.

In return, he's requiring that they provide a doorway page that includes an indexable link back to his informational site. The page that links back won't be visible from the main site (as they don't want to drive traffic back to the informational site and thus through to other vendors).

1) is there any way we can have Google index or spider these doorway pages if they're not linked from the main site? I have a feeling this is a basic question, but I'm stumped.

2) The intent of my friend's idea is to have a lot of industry sites linking back to his informational site. Is there a better way to accomplish this than what he's doing, that would still be acceptable to his customers?

(*)No, really. I do have a friend :).

Q1) if it's not linked from your friend's site or from an external page ,then it's will not indexed or ranked, so you've to get an external link to this page(not from your friend's site) to be found and ranked.
