Why is Googlebot having a hard time indexing sites?

Partial indexing, incorrect URLs, etc

My website has been completely indexed in Google for 4 years. Suddenly, all of the full indexing has disappeared. My internal pages are now only indexed with URL. Many of these URL's are wrong and go to blank pages.

Why is Google having such a hard time with this? I thought Google had developed into a mature search entitiy.

Google lately has had some (growing?) problems IMO. I had to change the path for my directories because most were just links (not indexed) all of the sudden (pr5+ pages). Nothing wrong with them, changed the path and now they're indexed. Many other sites I follow have had the same problems.

Looks like a deep crawl for me today. Doesn't necessarily mean they show any time soon in the serps, but check your logs, could be all around.
