Just title no description

Same page rank dissapeard from serps

I am a newbie here.

I have just noticed one of my site has dissapeard from serps but still have page rank(PR6). If I make a search www.mysite.com it shows only title no description and a link at the results. Sorry if this has been talked here.
If so please lead me the link.
