30 sites dropped from Google

Hi,

We have 30 sites with lots of subdomains with DMOZ structure that was vanished.... no pages via site:domain and Google has responded with a standard email saying that the websites have the sole purpose of fooling search engines

Googlebot still crawling all the websites and his subdomains, now we will copy all this .com domains to .net; what is right way of do that?

A) No setup links and no redirects
B) Setup links on vanished and daily crawled domains
C) Send a 303 redirect to the new domains

And a final questions to not be another time dropped:

It's better to have only one domain?
Are the mass subdomains with DMOZ categories to spamy?
