Where's my Google description?

I've recently completed a website for a client and when looking for their URL in a search on Google I noticed that there is no site description appearing, only the URL.

The site appears fine on other search engines yet not on Google. I've tried the very useful Sim Spider through WebmasterWorld and it seems to be working fine.

I've also sent a site submission to dmoz.org though it seems to be anyones guess when that might get listed.

Help would be appreciated - I'm still new at this game!
