What is the best strategy with regards owning multiple sites? say I have 10-15 sites, I've heard of 'spoke and hub' linking, and 'feeder' sites, etc, etc. Can anyone point to previous threads on the subject or shed some light as to what these concepts mean? or generally speaking about linking strategies?

thanks

>>>feeder sites

Create a website, do something with it that encourages people to link to you because your website is:

  • Opinionated
Extreme views from any side of the political spectrum can attract links from people on both sides of the aisle.

  • Espouses incredibly shallow or views
I know of one blog that attracted many links from other blogs, because the other bloggers couldn't believe that someone would be dumb enough to believe a certain claim about a certain service. Well, that "dumb" blogger is number one for the money phrase and likely raking in hundreds of dollars daily from his affiliate links.

  • Gives something away
Free stuff is a good way to attract links

Once your feeder site has amassed links and has grown into a PR Monster, slap some links into your pr deprived websites. Word of caution: You may not receive the full PR benefit of your links.
