PR problem - is the toolbar working?

Home page PR6 internal pages all PR0

Hi,

My home page is a PR6, but all of my internal pages are showing PR0.

Occasionally some of them will show a PR4, but if I check again they return to PR0.

All of the pages are in the Google index and are showing backlinks.

Is there a problem with the toolbar at the moment?
