They claim to use the info to help tweak the algo the next time it rolls ...as it is now rolling on a constant basis ..go figure ..
If it isn't going to either make them "big big bucks" or cost them "big big bucks" ..they dont give a rats ass....
The reports are indeed read by someone, though it's rare that there is a response. When there is, it's really nothing more than a one-liner saying thanks and that it's been sent over to engineering. If there's a problem on their end it's apparently taken care of quickly.
There are translation capabilities; it's doubtful that language would be a problem.
