After the May Update, I'm making new sites, how should I make these sites SEARCH ENGINE FRIENDLY. Is there any thing new which I should consider to optimise these sites for SEs?

Although my primary site's PR has fallen from 6 to 5, so I wanna be extra cautious, for my new sites.

Wow, good spot, backlinks and PR have definetly updated for me.

One of my sites has gone from PR 0 to PR 6 in less than 1 month, sweet :-), still in the sandbox for major keywords tho.
