Supplimentary result with Google

how to get of Supplimentary result from google

Hi All,
Till yesterday i had my index page [snip] ranked no 1 for the keyword [snip] and our ISP made some mistake by giving our IP address with another domain named [snip] and all my ranking for [snip] was shared with this domain and it was ranking 4th for the same keyword.

And today when i checked google for [snip] my index pages is removed from the index..and i could find the page listed with supplimantary result along with cache links when i search for [snip] with in the site...

Can anyone suggest what went wrong?
