I just found a search query on #1 in SERP. The description does not come from page, a few of my SEO friends.
The description is nowhere on the page, so where does it may come from.
I heard there is a directory which provides description for some sites. And it is not DMOZ in this case.
Do you have any idea?

You may have found a site that is cloaking, do the urls match when you click thru?
It's also possible that the webmaster has effectively hidden text. Can you view the source, does the snippet reveal itself then?
I'm certain there are other possibilities, but these come to mind as more likely than others.
The page is a offical site of one famous celebrity. They do not do any SEO, but there are a lot of searches for this celebrity.
The source is visible, in my opinion and in opinion of a few of my SEO co-workers, the description comes from one of the catalogues and it is not DMOZ.
I can sticky you the domain name, and the search phrase is the same as the domain name.
Do you have any suggestion.
