One of my main sites has 1380 links on google. Before this update it was 1470.

Its PR6 and I it only have been PR7 for a month last January.

What does it need to became PR7? I see most sites with 1500 backlinks are PR7, should this be "the line"?

Anyone knows a site with more of 1500 backlines and not yet PR7?

Also all links I see are PR4 and higher. Should I suppose them PR3 does not count or just they count but just are not show?

It depends on the quality/PR and amount of Links. You can get a PR 8 with just 1 backlink if necesarry. But the more links the better, especially if the links have good anchor texts.

Every link that is discovered by Google counts. But they just display backlinks from sites with PR 4 or higher.
