Does anyone know why a page might not pass on PR to external site but passes PR to internal pages?

Type of link.

An internal link may not go through a cgi, while a link to an outside site may go through a database.

My florida bites harder post may be the reason.

PR seems to pass down internally still on floridered sites - but NOT to external sites from floridered sites.

This could be your answer.
