My site (founded 3 months ago) is doing quite well in Yahoo! and MSN but not well at all in Google.

I believe this is the problem:

My site has two urls-
1) subdomain.host.com (a Typepad site)
2) www.domain.org

Once you get to the site, all the internal links are absolute with www.domain.org (although the internal links also work with subdomain.host.com)

subdomain.host.com is PR3
www.domain.org is PR5

Google has indexed subdomain.host.com only (and a few of the internal pages with the subdomain address)

Since these links are PR3 (homepage) and PR1 (subpages) they of course do not rank very well...

I figured that when google found the page, the internal links along with the fact that the domain is PR5 and the subdomain was PR3 would make sure google would index the domain-- but not so :(

Is having two addresses mapped considered 'duplicate content'? ...Unfortunately, I cannot disable the subdomain.

Will this work itself out at the next backlink/PR update?

Am I hosed?

Any advice is appreciated!
