April Update - Is ranking based on internal URL's?

Hello,

I was reading in another forum that with the recent update's the structure of internal links can greatly impact both the page ranking and position on the results page.

More specifically [domain.com...] with the text matching the link, will do significantly better than thepage.html.

Any comments or suggestions?
