we are think about launching an affiliate program to increase sales and link popularity

Just 3 questions

1 - will google follow a link like www.mysite.com/index.asp?id=****x

2 - Could be penalised for having an affiliate network?

3- do you know a good affiliate scipt/software?

4- if affiliates insert and include or an iframe with links, will google follow them?

5- if affiliates insert a code like

having the tag_code .php links, will google follow these links?

Google follows almost everything that looks like an URL. But I'm not sure about JS, especially in the days of GB/Test there might be different behaviour.
