Did you mean: new google feature

When I typed some keywords into google this morning I got "Did you mean: variant of keywords.

I thought at first this is google correcting my spelling but no it appears G is suggesting different keywords.

I guess this is going to tale 10% of people away from say searching on Hotels to accommodation. This means now got some extra work to get to the top for the keywords too.
