It's a great idea, but I'm not seeing it either. Maybe all the data centers have to get in sync. ;)

Can't see it either - but I sent in feedback to that effect just after it launched. I guess a lot of other people did the same.

Is it an addional search box or did they move the one at the top? Main page or search results?

I only have the one at the top on the main page, but there is one at both the top and the bottom on the search results page. I don't remember if it was there before or not.

There's always been a search box at the bottom of the search results for as long as I can remember. I'm in the UK and see search boxes at the bottom of Google.com and Google.co.uk, which country search are you using martinibuster?

I believe he's talking about news.google.com, not google.com.
